That changes what breaks. Where Villages carts wear out from mileage, Leesburg carts more often fail from time and climate: lead-acid packs that die of age and heat around the 4–6 year mark even at modest mileage, chargers that quietly quit in a hot garage, terminals and brake hardware corroded by humidity, tires that crack before they ever wear bald. Check the current ordinance with the city before planning a route, since zones can be extended. Separately, a cart capable of more than 20 mph is an LSV under Florida law (titled, plated, insured, licensed driver), and its lights, turn signals, mirrors, and brakes are required equipment, not accessories.
